At nucapaws, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and fair 30-day return process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs in line with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you ordered the wrong item or size, or simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking, handling, or administrative fees on returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all included documentation.
  3. Send It Back: Post the package to our physical address listed below following the instructions provided in your return authorization email.

Refund Process & Timeframes

  • Inspection: Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 1–3 business days for us to inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Payment: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay).
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3–5 business days for refunded funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement after processing.
